What’s new in Postscript — updated as features ship through Q3 2026.

Q3 is all about giving you more control over how your AI messaging sounds, how your automations run, and how you reach subscribers wherever you sell. From dialing in urgency across every AI-powered conversation to more flexible flows and localized popups, these updates put more precision — and more reach — in your hands. Here's what's new!

Messaging

Powerful new ways to build, personalize, and deliver high-impact messages.


IMPROVED — Flow Draining Controls

Flows in a draining state — still sending to subscribers already in them, but no longer accepting new ones — can now be moved back to enabled or deactivated. Reactivating resumes new subscribers while in-flight sends continue uninterrupted; deactivating shuts the flow down and closes out all in-flight subscriptions right away.

IMPROVED — Popup Editor Enhancements

Upgrades to localization, imagery, and font management are live across the popup editor:

  • Localized consent language (Spanish/French): Translate the SMS disclaimer into French or Spanish, with your own localized Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links, so non-US popups read natively end to end. Note: subscribers who opt in through translated consent language aren't currently eligible for AI messages.

  • In-editor image cropping: Crop popup images directly in the editor — no re-uploading just to fix the framing.

  • Focal-point control: Set an image's focal point so it stays centered on what matters as the popup resizes across devices.

  • Delete custom fonts: Remove broken or stale fonts from the new Custom Fonts settings page. If a font's still in use, deletion is blocked with a link to reassign it first.

NEW — Urgency Controls in Brand Guidelines

Set your brand's urgency level — from relaxed to urgent — right in Brand Guidelines, with advanced controls to fine-tune four levers individually: price increase language, scarcity, timing pressure, and competitive framing. Urgency controls shape AI-generated messaging across Infinity Testing, Shopper Responses, and Shopper Automations, so tune it once, and every AI-powered conversation stays consistent with your brand.

NEW — Offer Management

Offer Management helps you run promotions efficiently and keep the subscriber experience consistent everywhere customers engage. You can now create and manage your offers inside Brand Center. When you update an offer, it's reflected across flows, Popups, Landing Pages, and Shopper. And unique offers are mapped to individual subscribers, so their unique active code will follow them across multiple touchpoints, instead of generating a new one. Offer Management also gives Shopper a complete, real-time view of each subscriber's offer history, so it knows what the best offer is to send. For offers already being managed in Shopify, you can import them directly into Brand Center with a single click.

Which ones?” or “Which campaigns, flows, and automations drive the most Shopper conversations?”.
