When you install Postscript, your brand is automatically assigned a toll-free number (TFN) that you can find on your keywords page.
To navigate to your keywords page, follow these steps:
Log in to your Postscript account.
Navigate to the Dashboard.
Open the Acquisition section.
Select Keywords.
Your TFN will be displayed at the top of the screen.
The TFN you are assigned is free to use and is designated for your brand's use only. In other words, you do not share this number with any other brands.
Individuals who are subscribed to your SMS can respond to your brand via SMS by texting your TFN. You can find those responses here. Learn more about response management here.
Postscript also offers Dedicated Short Codes (DSC). If you are interested in leasing a DSC, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
