Answer
Safe Send is a feature that can be enabled only for campaigns. When turned on, it prevents a campaign message from being sent to any subscriber who has received a message from your shop via a campaign, keyword reply, or automation in the past 16 hours.
This helps protect your subscribers from receiving too many messages in a short period of time, which can lead to opt-outs.
Messages sent as tests or direct replies to customers are not counted in the 16-hour window. If these are the only messages a subscriber has received recently, the campaign message will still be sent to them when Safe Send is enabled.
