Iterable is the cross-channel marketing platform that empowers marketers to create, optimize, and measure every customer interaction. Postscript integrates with Iterable, allowing you to share information between the two solutions. With our Iterable integration, you can:
- Collect emails with Postscript popups or Postscript legacy popups and send them to Iterable
- Collect custom properties with Postscript legacy popups that forward to Iterable
To integrate Postscript and Iterable, you'll need to create the appropriate API keys. In this article, we'll guide you through how to find and generate your Iterable credentials and where to add them in Postscript.
Create an Iterable API Key
- Navigate to the Integrations section of your Iterable account and select the + New API Key button in the upper-right corner.

Name your key. Be sure to choose a name that will allow you to easily identify this API key in the future.
- Select Server-side under Type, then select the Create API key button.
- Once your API key is generated, write it down or copy it to your clipboard. You'll need to enter it in Postscript later.
Adding Iterable Credentials in Postscript
- Select Integrations from the left-hand menu.

Scroll down to locate and select Iterable.
- In the Iterable API Key field, paste the API key you generated earlier in this article.
- Select Save Integration in the upper-right. Upon saving, your Iterable integration will also be activated.
