Fondue helps brands replace coupons in their welcome series popup, email, & SMS with CashBack offers. Shoppers may redeem CashBack post-purchase either as cash or a gift card back to the brand's store.

Locating Your Fondue CashBack Code to Append to Links
- From within your Fondue account, navigate to your CashBack Promotions page.
- Locate the CashBack offer you'd like to add to your Postscript messages, then under the Code column, copy the entire code (In the example above, the code is ?cashback=shiran20).
- If you have not yet created a promotion, start here.
Offering CashBack in Your Mobile Popup Reply
There are two steps to offering CashBack in your mobile popup if your popup uses two-touch opt-in. You'll first want to append the Fondue code to the keyword associated with your mobile popup. Next, you'll update the language on your mobile popup to reflect your CashBack offer.
Appending Your Fondue Code to Your Mobile Popup Keyword
- To locate the keyword associated with your mobile popup, select Acquisition from the left-side navigation panel of your Postscript Dashboard, then select Popups.
- Select the popup you'd like to incentivize CashBack with.
- Under the Keyword dropdown, you'll be able to confirm or change the keyword associated with your mobile popup (Note: If you do not see this dropdown field, ensure your Two-Touch functionality is toggled on and shows green).
- Once you've identified the keyword associated with your mobile popup, select the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner to view your navigation panel and select Keywords.
- Select the keyword associated with your mobile popup, then select the Reply card (note: if you do not see a Reply card, select + Add Action, then choose Reply).
- Paste your shop URL into the message editor and append the Fondue code to the back of your URL link (example: https://revolve.nyc/?cashback=shiran20).
- Select the purple Update Action button in the lower-right corner to save your work and update your keyword reply.
Updating Your Postscript Popup
- On the left-side navigation panel of your Postscript Dashboard, select Acquisition, then select Popups.
- Select an existing popup you'd like to offer CashBack on. Alternatively, you can clone an existing popup or create a new popup.
- Postscript popups default to a "20% Off" offer so be sure to update any and all language to reflect your CashBack offer.
- Save by selecting the purple Save button in the upper-right corner. To activate the popup, toggle the Enable bar.
Offering CashBack in Your Desktop Popup Reply
- On the left-side navigation panel of your Postscript Dashboard, select Acquisition, then select Popups.
- Select an existing popup you'd like to offer CashBack on. Alternatively, you can clone an existing popup or create a new popup.
- Postscript popups default to a "20% Off" offer so be sure to update any and all language to reflect your CashBack offer.
- Under Welcome Message, paste your shop URL into the message editor and append the Fondue code to the back of your URL link (example: https://revolve.nyc/?cashback=shiran20).
- Save by selecting the purple Save button in the upper-right corner. To activate the popup, toggle the Enable bar.
