What Data Is Included
Defaults to messages from the past 24 months. This window is fixed and can't be changed — it balances having a large dataset with keeping the data recent.
Includes Campaign Flows only. Automations and Legacy Campaigns are not included.
Performance by Hour and Day
The main view is a heatmap with days of the week down one axis and hours of the day across the other. Choose the metric you care about — Messages Sent, Click Rate, Unique Click Rate, Order Conversion Rate, Revenue Per Message, or Unsubscribe Rate — and the entire heatmap re-renders to reflect it.
Each cell shows how your campaigns performed for messages received in that day/hour slot. Darker, higher-value cells are your timing sweet spots.
Two things to keep in mind:
Times reflect each subscriber's local time when they received the message (based on their phone's area code) not your shop's time zone.
Low-volume cells are filtered out so a handful of messages with an unusually high rate don't skew the picture. A cell is considered low-volume if it represents less than 0.1% of your total message sends.
Performance by Day
The Performance by Day table breaks down your campaign metrics by day of the week. Use it to identify which days consistently drive higher engagement, conversions, or revenue — and which days tend to underperform.
Messages Sent, Click Rate, Unique Click Rate, Order Conversion Rate, Revenue Per Message, and Unsubscribe Rate information is readily available for each day of the week.
This lets you quickly surface the days that matter most for your specific goals. Use this view to decide which days of the week to prioritize when scheduling future campaigns.
Performance by Hour
The Performance by Hour table shows how your campaign metrics shift across different hours of the day. Use it to pinpoint the send times when your subscribers are most likely to engage, convert, or make a purchase.
Messages Sent, Click Rate, Unique Click Rate, Order Conversion Rate, Revenue Per Message, and Unsubscribe Rate information is readily available for each hour of the day.
Use this view to fine-tune the exact time of day you schedule campaigns for maximum impact.
