Postscript popups continue to be a powerful (and compliant) way to collect SMS subscribers. But did you know that in addition to collecting phone numbers, you can also configure your Postscript popup to collect email? And if you have an active Klaviyo integration, you can send that email data to Klaviyo.

How Sending Subscriber Email Data to Klaviyo Benefits You

  • Simultaneously build your SMS and email subscriber list with a single popup.
  • Assign subscribers to a particular Klaviyo list for later use in Klaviyo email campaigns.

Configure Postscript to Send Email Data to Klaviyo

  1. Select Acquisition in the side menu of your Postscript dashboard, then select Popups.
  2. Select Edit on the row of the popup where you'd like to collect emails.
  3. Under the Collection drop-down, select your desired popup collection flow.
    • Phone >> Email will display Postscript's compliant SMS collection page first and an email collection page second.
    • Email >> Phone will display an email collection page first and Postscript's compliant SMS collection page second.
  4. Scroll down to the Email Collection Integration section and select the Klaviyo option.
  5. Select the Klaviyo List you wish to assign subscriber emails to from the options listed. You can use the search field at the top of the drop-down to locate the list if desired.
  6. Select Save in the top-right corner of the page to save your changes.
Collecting email on multiple popups? Currently, all Postscript popups will send phone numbers to the same selected Klaviyo list. If you change the Klaviyo list on any of your popups, the change will be reflected on all desktop and mobile popups.
