Prive is a subscription platform that allows your customers the ease of subscription management without hassle.

How a Prive Integration Benefits You

  • Integrating Prive with Postscript allows your subscribers to easily manage their subscriptions right in their text thread.
  • Use Prive-specific automation triggers to keep subscribers up to date on billing, upcoming orders, and more.
  • Easily segment SMS subscribers based on whether or not they have active Prive accounts for unique targeting.

Prive: Upcoming Order
This metric is triggered 3 calendar days before the scheduled upcoming order.

Segment Using Prive-Specific Subscriber Tags

With Postscript's Prive integration, you have the ability to segment your SMS subscribers based on whether or not they have an active Prive subscription using Subscriber Tags. Below, we walk through the types of subscriber tags available and how to create a segment with those designated tags.

Prive-Specific Subscriber Tags

Tag name
The tag is applied if the customer has at least one active Prive subscription.
The tag is applied if the customer does not have any active Prive subscriptions but was a subscriber in the past.
Note: As subscribers activate or deactivate their Prive subscription, their subscriber tags will automatically be updated dynamically and accordingly.

Creating Segments with Prive-Specific Subscriber Tags

  1. Select Messaging on the left-side of your Postscript Dashboard.
  2. Select Segments, then choose Create Segment in the upper-right corner.
