Prive: Subscription Started
This metric is triggered when a subscription is created/purchased by the shopper.
Prive: Subscription Canceled
This metric is triggered when a subscription is canceled by you in the merchant admin or by the customer in the customer portal.
Prive: Billing Attempt Failed

Prive: Upcoming Order
This metric is triggered 3 calendar days before the scheduled upcoming order.

Segment Using Prive-Specific Subscriber Tags

With Postscript's Prive integration, you have the ability to segment your SMS subscribers based on whether or not they have an active Prive subscription using Subscriber Tags. Below, we walk through the types of subscriber tags available and how to create a segment with those designated tags.

Prive-Specific Subscriber Tags

Tag name
Description
SUBSCRIBER_IS_PRIVE_ACTIVE_SUBSCRIBER
The tag is applied if the customer has at least one active Prive subscription.
SUBSCRIBER_IS_PRIVE_INACTIVE_SUBSCRIBER
The tag is applied if the customer does not have any active Prive subscriptions but was a subscriber in the past.
Note: As subscribers activate or deactivate their Prive subscription, their subscriber tags will automatically be updated dynamically and accordingly.
