Postscript offers two different segment filters based on a subscriber's country code: phone number and shipping address.
Phone Number Shipping Address
The Subscriber Phone Two Letter Country Code filter corresponds with the area code of the subscriber's phone number.
The Customer Phone Two Letter Country Code filter corresponds with the shipping address a customer enters in Shopify. If a subscriber has never converted to a customer, then they would not fall into any country code listed in the drop-down.
