Safe Send prevents your shop from sending a text message (as part of a campaign) to any subscribers who received a text from your shop within the last 16 hours.
The purpose of Safe Send is to safeguard your customers from receiving multiple text messages in a certain period of time. Too many messages might lead to a subscriber opting out of messages.
Safe Send only applies to messages sent via a keyword reply, campaign, or automation. Test messages and responses to customers are not counted in the 16-hour window.
