Analytics give you key insights into how different messages perform with your subscribers. It also shines a light on important subscriber behavior and collection methods.

With Postscript Analytics, you can view data via a graph and a table, both of which display data based on the date range and filters you select. Available data updates every 15 minutes.

We explore each part of our analytics offering below.

Access Your Postscript Analytics

  1. Select Analytics in the side menu of your Postscript dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the MessagesSubscribers, or Reports tabs to view related data.

Message Analytics

With Messages, you can view performance data related to messages Postscript has sent from your shop. Message types include but are not limited to campaigns, automations, keyword replies, confirmed opt-in messages (i.e., Reply Y to subscribe), and replies to customers.

Data displayed in the graph and table will depend on the time period and filters you've selected. If you wish to run your analysis of this data, you can export it to a spreadsheet by selecting Export Data above the data table.

Interactive Graph Data Table

  • Choose which time frame you wish to view in the top-right corner of the page. Options include Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last Year, All Time, or you can define a custom date range.
  • Organize how data displays by day, week, or month and choose which metrics appear via the Select a series drop-down.
  • Hover over data points to view the associated exact date and metric value.
  • Select the metrics in the visual key beneath the graph to hide certain data lines or make them re-appear.
