Why You Should Set Up DelightChat


  • Easily forward subscriber text messages to DelightChat and send a response back to the text thread.

  • View Shopify order history alongside the subscriber ticket if the subscriber has a customer record associated with them.

  • View and modify a subscriber's Shopify order data while replying.

Set Up DelightChat in Postscript


  1. Select your shop in the side menu of your Postscript dashboard, then select Shop Settings.

  2. Scroll down to Response Forwarding. Toggle Automatically forward all subscriber responses to an email address on.

  3. Enter the email associated with your DelightChat support desk.

  4. Select Save.

When your support team responds, the response will go straight to the subscriber's text thread. You should now be all set to get started with DelightChat!
