Postscript integrates with Scrollmark, allowing you to share information between the two solutions. Scrollmark provides merchants and brands with tools for community engagement, social commerce, and loyalty and rewards. With our Scrollmark integration, you can:
- Trigger automations based on social media engagement with your brand
- Get subscriber information from Scrollmark (phone/email/name)
In this article, we discuss how to configure this integration so you can begin using events from Scrollmark to trigger automations in Postscript.
Create a Postscript API Key
- Select your Shop Name in the side menu of your Postscript dashboard, then select API.
- Select the Create Security Key Pair button on the upper right, then confirm your action by selecting Yes.
- Add a label to your API key so you can track where this API key is being used.
- Select Show in the Private Key column to reveal your API key. Copy this key or write it down—you'll need to enter it in Scrollmark later.
Configure Postscript in Scrollmark
- In Scrollmark, select Settings and then select Integrations on the left-side navigation panel.
- Select Postscript from the list of integration options.

Select Connect.
- Enter a descriptive name for the integration.
- Enter the private API key you generated inside Postscript from earlier in this article.
- Select Save.
Configure Subscriber List and Sync Settings in Scrollmark
- After completing the steps above, select a Subscriber List to sync with Postscript.

Review and configure the additional settings for Auto-Sync,
Audience Profile,
and Events.
- Auto-Sync enables automatic synchronization of data
- Audience Profile determines which subscriber attributes to sync

Events determines which events to sync
- Save the configuration.
Using the Postscript in Scrollmark Journeys
- In Scrollmark, select Automations and then Journeys from the left-hand menu.
- Set up the triggers and actions for the journey in Scrollmark.
- Select Add Journey Point and then select the Export tile.
- Select Postscript as the destination
- Select the Configure event button.
- Configure the specific event or ticket details.
- Select Test in the upper right to verifiy a sample event or ticket creation.
- Save and Publish the journey.
