You can now segment subscribers who have viewed a specific product, started a checkout, created an order, or added a product to cart— all within a designated time frame so you can convert high-intent subscribers.
Understanding High Intent Subscriber Filters
Below, we describe each high intent susbcriber filter
- Subscriber Viewed Product. Targets subscribers based on whether they viewed a specific product
- Subscriber Viewed Any Product. Targets subscribers based on whether they viewed any product at least once within a given date range.
- Subscriber Added Product To Cart. Targets subscribers based on whether they've added a specific product to car within a given date range.
- Subscriber Added Any Product To Cart. Targets subscribers based on whether they've added any product to their cart at least once within a given date range.
- Subscriber Started Checkout With Product. Targets subscribers based on whether they started checkout with a specific product within a given date range.
- Subscriber Started Checkout With Any Product. Targets subscribers based on whether they started checkout with any product at least once within a given date range.
- Subscriber Created Order With Product. Targets subscribers based on whether they created an order with a specific product at least once within a given date range.
- Subscriber Created Orders With Any Product. Targets subscribers based on whether they created an order with any product at least once within a given date range.
Create a High-Intent Subscriber Segment
- From the Postscript dashboard, select Messaging, then select Segments.
- In the upper-right corner, select Create Segment.
- Name your segment. Be sure to choose a name that you can easily identify when creating your campaign.
- Locate any of the high intent subscriber filters aforementioned in this article. For example, select Subscriber Added Product to Cart.
- Select the product you'd like to isolate, then set your timeframe parameter (note: not all filers require timeframe configuration or product selection).
- Once your segment is built, select Save segment.
Use Your High-Intent Subscriber Segment in Campaign Flows
- From the Postscript dashboard, select Messaging, then select Create Campaign.
- Select Create Campaign Flow, then choose to either use a template or create a new campaign flow.
- Within the Campaign properties card, select the Send to subscribers in dropdown, then select your high intent subscriber segment.
