Profanity in SMS Marketing

The CTIA is a trade association representing the wireless communications industry in the United States. This is the group that enforces best practices & requires companies to stay within the guidelines set forth. The guidelines are especially relevant to Short Codes, which are built for marketing and distributed to specific industries (like Postscript) and therefore monitored more closely. 


Bear this in mind when creating your content & sending SMS to your audience!
