Set Up Richpanel in Postscript
- Select your shop from the side menu of your Postscript dashboard.
- Scroll down to Response forwarding.
- Toggle on Automatically forward all subscriber responses to an email address.
- Enter the email associated with your Richpanel support inbox.
- Select the Save button.
Responses forwarded to Richpanel appear as sent from Postscript. When your support team responds to the ticket, the response will go straight to the subscriber's text thread.
