Justuno Multi-Part Popups

Sure you can collect phone numbers and email on one simple pop-up! But now you can create a custom multi-part pop-up that looks great and captures subscribers!

To begin, log into JustUno & create a New Promotion

  • You can set it up for mobile/desktop/tablet. (In the video, we are creating a mobile-only pop-up)

  • Choose how you want your pop-up displayed - we chose centered for our video

  • Lead Capture will be the goal of this pop-up.

  • Decide if you want to include an intro-screen, which is essentially an additional screen to click through before you get to the capture page. (We chose Standard)

  • Theme: In the video, we chose a the Blank theme, but you can choose whichever works for your brand.

  • Select your Audience.

Design, Edit & Integrate

Click the blue "Go to Design Canvas" button where we can set up the integration & perform any edits on the pop-up.

On this page, you'll see your default fields in the sample window.

In the larger box, you want to put your call to action. What are you offering? Are they joining a VIP list? Is it a special one-time deal?

After editing the large box & adding your designs/backgrounds, click on the "Enter your Email" field. This is where we will be connecting the pop-up to Klaviyo.

Click "Enter your Email" - and then click the "Change Form" button on the right side of the panel.

Choose "Connect Provider"

Choose "Connect ESP Provider"

Scroll down and select KLAVIYO from the list & then click "Next"

At this point, you should be prompted to enter your Klaviyo API Key. You can find that inside your Klaviyo app under your account page < Settings < API Key. It is recommended to create a new API Key that you can label JustUno.

Next, you'll select the List that you want the emails you collect to port into for Klaviyo - and then click NEXT.

Now you'll be on the Form Builder page. You can edit the appearance of the input box from this page. For simplicity of this walkthrough, we are keeping it standard - and clicking Next

On the  next page, click Create Form

In the top tabs, choose Post Engagement Screen

  • We've deleted the two default boxes.

  • Add Layer (on the left of the screen)

  • Add CTA (Call to Action)

  • Label the CTA. (Something like "Join our VIP text club for exclusive benefits!"

Now you'll want to create the URL that will enable users to provide their phone number to subscribe. You'll do this by going into your Postscript app - and creating a Grow List link from the Grow List tab on the left side of the page.

Be sure that you've already edited and selected a keyword that you'll use on that link. This article will walk you through setting up your shareable links.

From here, you'll want to put the link you created in the Link URL field on the right side of the page that will take the subscriber to the signup page.

You may also want to include some additional verbiage on this page that let's the user know what is going to happen when they click on the link. For example: Click the link below to complete your sign-up for text and receive your 10% off coupon!

Additionally and very importantly, you'll want to add your TCPA compliance language on this pop-up.

Click to add another text box, remove the default verbiage, & add the following language: By signing up via text, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition to purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg & data rates may apply. View our Terms of Service for details.

The font doesn't have to be large, but it does need to be legible. This can be placed at the bottom of the pop-up.

Finally, you can click on PUBLISH on the bottom right of the screen.

You can name your Campaign on the following page, save and activate the pop-up.

You've done it!

To test it, open up your shop's page and see how it will look to your customers. Note that Justuno has a default setting where the pop-up shows on the second page load.

Enter your email address and phone number to make sure that they are passed back to their respective platforms.
