There are many shipping scenarios that are positive & common - Order Delivered, Order in Transit, etc. But what happens to those who are expecting a package that is stalled? What do we tell them? HOW do we tell them?


Well, now you can inform them of stalled packages using our Postscript + Wonderment integration. Be one step ahead, keep that relationship intact, and have the ability to make decisions on how to best handle delayed shipments and failed deliveries by texting your customer updates.


Integrate Wonderment + Postscript

Obtain your Postscript API Key

Navigate to your Postscript account, click on your name in the top-right corner, and choose API.

Then click on Create Security Key Pair


Click the hyperlinked Show text.


Then copy that Private API key to your clipboard to add to Wheelio's admin later.


Add the API to Wonderment

Login to your Wonderment Settings page and paste the API key under the Postscript section - and click SAVE.

The "Shipment Stalled" trigger will immediately populate as an option inside of Postscript.
