When you install Postscript, your brand is automatically assigned a toll-free number (TFN) that you can find on your keywords page. To navigate to your keywords page, select Acquisition on the left-side navigation panel of the Postscript Dashboard.
The TFN you are assigned is free to use and is designated for your brand's use only. In other words, you do not share this number with any other brands.
Individuals who are subscribed to your SMS can respond to your brand via SMS by texting your TFN. You can find those responses here. Learn more about response management here.
Postscript also offers Dedicated Short Codes (DSC). If you are interested in leasing a DSC, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
