Integrating Postscript + Kustomer is incredibly simple!
Navigate to the Responses tab to the left of the page.
From here, you can see the option to Forward Responses.
In the Email Address field, you will enter the email address that is associated to your Kustomer support inbox. (i.e. support@SHOPNAME.mail.kustomerapp.com)
Your customer responses will now be sent directly to your Kustomer inbox. They will be labeled as sent from Postscript, so they'll be easy to locate. When your CS team responds to the ticket, the response will go to the subscriber within their text thread.
