There are three main functions of the Postscript <> Klaviyo Integration

  1. Use Klaviyo Lists to segment inside Postscript 
  2. Use Klaviyo Forms to add subscribers to Postscript from your Shopify Store

Use Klaviyo Lists to segment inside Postscript 

When you enable a Klaviyo list inside Postscript, it will become available in every Postscript filter (For Segments or Automations)

Subscribers that opt-in through a Klaviyo form get a TAG with that form name on the subscriber. This can be used to filter automations or segments to only send to people who have come through a specific form. Learn how to set up a Welcome Series for Klaviyo subscribers here.

Use Klaviyo Forms/Popups to add subscribers to Postscript from your Shopify Store

Send Postscript subscriber status back to Klaviyo 

When you add your Public API Key from Klaviyo, Postscript begins sending back the customer attribute "Accepts SMS" depending on if a customer is subscribed to SMS notifications or not.

This data is updated every 15 minutes and stays up-to-date with new subscribers and SMS opt-outs. Read more about Klaviyo+Postscript sync times.
