This integration can be done via Zapier (video).

  • Go to Postscript, and in KEYWORDS, create a new keyword you want to use to track opt ins from this source. Then select OPT IN and create whatever REPLY you want (what you want the user to get back when they sign up). 
  • Keyword = keyword you set up above
  • Phone = subscriber phone number
  • (optional) Metadata = any json object, which you can then filter by to create segments or automations in Postscript

1. When creating a new Zap, you first select the event (in this case, a Facebook Lead Ad) and connect Zapier to the app

2. Click into Section 2 (Do This), search for "Webhooks," and select Webhooks by Zapier

3. Select Post as the action.

4. Add the data from above as shown.

5. Add to Headers: Authorization | (your API Key; example shown)

6. Once you've completed all of Steps "When this happens..." and "Do this..." test your Zap to make sure that it is a success. Turn on the Zap, and submit a test lead before pushing ads live to ensure that leads are being passed through.
