Who gets this? Shops on all Postscript plans have access to this integration.

Postscript integrates with Subscribfy, allowing you to share information between the two platforms. With our Subscribfy integration, you can:

  • Send events from Subscribfy to Postscript events based on the action members are taking and their status.

  • Create a VIP experience via SMS for members subscribed to your SMS program.

  • Automated personalized flows to reduce membership churn and encourage participation and usage of membership perks.

In this article, we discuss how to configure the integration. Then, we'll define Subscribfy-specific event triggers and custom properties.

Create a Postscript API Key

  1. Select your Shop Name in the side menu of your Postscript dashboard, then select API.

  2. Select Create Security Key Pair on the right side of the page, then confirm your action by selecting Yes.

  3. Add a label to your API key so you can track where this API key is being used.

  4. Select Show in the Private Key column to reveal your API key. Copy this key or write it down—you'll need to enter it in Subscribfy later.

Configure Postscript in Subscribfy

  1. From your Shopify admin, select Subscribfy in the Apps sidebar menu.

  2. Select the Integrations menu on the Subscribfy left-side navigation panel.

  3. Add your Postscript Private Key and select Save.
